Concept & Engineering

We use SolidWorks and Dialux to build 3D models, test the structure, check the optics, and see how it'll actually perform. Before jumping into prototypes, we make sure everything fits, from certifications and tooling to cost and production goals.

Optical & Electrical Design

Once the shape is set, our optical team gets into the details. This includes adjusting beam angles, reducing glare (UGR), and squeezing out every bit of lumen efficiency. We run IES simulations and integrating sphere tests to see how the light performs in real life, not just on paper.
Meanwhile, our electronic engineers choose the right drivers (Lifud, Osram, Philips, or Tridonic) and design the PCB layout to keep heat and current. That way, your light runs stably and efficiently.

Precision Tooling & Prototyping

In our in-house CNC machining, die-casting, and sheet-metal workshops, we build the first molds and housings from the ground up. Then our prototype team puts everything together into a fully functional sample, with real light output, real finish for testing.

SMT & Assembly Line

When it's time for mass production, everything kicks off on our automated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines, where LED chips are placed on PCBs with micron-level precision. Soldering, driver wiring, and housing assembly all happen in anti-static, dust-controlled environments.
We run dedicated lines for panels, battens, downlights, and tri-proof lights, so we can handle both small OEM batches and large-scale runs.

Testing & Quality Control

Every single light is tested, not just a random sample. We run:
• 100% aging tests for 24–48 hours
• Hi-pot and insulation tests for electrical safety
• Luminous flux and color uniformity checks using integrating spheres
• IP and IK impact tests for models that need extra durability

Branding & Final Shipping
