What Tests are included?
IQC Inspection

IQC Inspection
The purpose of IQC inspection is to check the quality of raw materials, parts, etc. entering the production process. Through strict IQC inspection, unqualified raw materials can be eliminated in advance to avoid product quality defects.

LED Driver Inspection
The LED driver is a component that controls the current and voltage of the lamp. This test can ensure that the driver stably provides the right amount of power to the LED chip. This includes checking the output current stability, voltage accuracy, efficiency, and adaptability to grid fluctuations of the driver.

Apperance Inspection
Appearance inspection is mainly used to check whether the appearance of LED lamps meets the design requirements and quality standards. This includes checking whether the outer shell of the lamp has scratches, flaws, uniform color, and complete structure. If the outer shell of the lamp has obvious scratches or deformation, it will affect the sales of the product and the user's experience.
IPQC Inspection
IPQC inspection is to conduct random or full inspection of products at various stages of the production process. During the assembly process, IPQC will check whether the welding points are firm and whether the line connections are correct.

Routing Inspection
The inspection is to ensure that the production process is carried out according to the predetermined standards and specifications. By inspecting the production line regularly or irregularly, potential problems can be found. For example, if a worker is found to have not tightened the screws according to the specified torque when installing the lens of the lamp during the inspection, it can be reminded and corrected in time.

Finished Product Testing
The finished product test is a comprehensive quality inspection of the assembled LED lamps. This includes the light parameters of the lamps (such as luminous flux, color temperature, color rendering index, etc.), electrical performance (such as power, voltage, current, etc.), safety performance (such as insulation resistance, ground continuity, etc.) and reliability testing (such as high temperature and high humidity environment testing, aging testing, etc.).

Grounding Testing
Good grounding can provide a safe current loop for the lamp. When an electrical fault occurs, the fault current is quickly conducted to the ground, thereby protecting the user from the risk of electric shock. During the specific testing process, we will use professional testing equipment to measure parameters such as grounding resistance and grounding continuity.
FQC (QA)
FQC (QA) is the last quality checkpoint in the production of LED lamps. Its responsibility is to conduct a comprehensive and strict inspection of the finished products to be shipped, including the function, appearance, packaging and other aspects of the lamps.

Photometer Testing
The photometer test can determine the key parameters such as the luminous flux, light intensity distribution, color temperature, and color rendering index emitted by the lamp. Through this test, it can be judged whether the lamp meets the design specifications and the needs of the application scenario.

Hi-pot Testing
The Hi-pot test is mainly used to detect the electrical insulation performance of LED lamps. This test applies a high voltage between the live parts and the housing of the lamp to check whether there is leakage or insulation breakdown. Assuming that the insulation of the lamp is defective, it may cause electric shock hazards in normal use.

Appearance Inspection
The appearance inspection items cover the surface of the lamp for scratches, flaws, color consistency, and logo clarity. If there is a significant color difference in the lamp housing, it will affect the overall appearance of the product and may cause customer dissatisfaction.

Drop Testing
Drop testing is used to simulate the accidental drop that LED lamps may suffer during transportation and use. By dropping the lamps freely from a certain height, it is observed whether they can withstand the impact without damage, including structural integrity and normal function.
Aging Testing
During aging testing, lamps are exposed to high temperature and high humidity, or run at a specific voltage and current. We evaluate the reliability of lamps by observing the light decay and electrical performance changes of the lamps during this period.

LED Panel Testing
LED panel testing is mainly for products such as flat panel lights. This includes testing the panel's optical performance such as brightness uniformity, color consistency, and luminous angle. At the same time, electrical performance such as voltage, current, and power factor are also tested to ensure the panel's energy saving effect and working stability.

LED Tube Testing
LED tube testing covers testing the tube's luminous flux, luminous efficacy, color temperature, color rendering index, etc. In terms of structure, our professionals check whether the tube's size and installation method meet the standards. They also test the tube's operating voltage, current, power and other parameters.

Tri-proof Testing
"Tri-proof" usually refers to waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion-resistant, and is used to evaluate the protection capabilities of LED lamps in harsh environments. LED lamps used in outdoor or industrial environments may be damaged by water ingress, dust ingress or corrosion if the tri-proof performance does not meet the standards.
