LED Light Manufacturing Process
LED lights will be custom-designed according to the customer's requirements.
The SMT workshop includes two parts: the LED lights SMT process and LED driver SMT procedure. Putting all the components around the LED in the aluminum PCB to do the SMT process.
The components of LED lights are strictly selected to meet the certification requirements of various countries, and then manually soldered to the PCBA, and then further reflowed with solder in an automatic wave soldering machine.
LED lights components are moved to the main assembly workshop, where workers assemble all the main components into complete lamps with different uses and shapes, such as LED panels, LED ceiling lamps, LED tubes, LED downlights and other LED lamps.
Before the lamps are put into mass production, they will be tested for quality, tested for reliability in an aging station, and tested for weather resistance in a high-temperature and humidity chamber to ensure that the LED lamps can operate normally.
After lamps passes these tests, as well as appearance check, the lights will be completed assembled and packed in the packing line.

Delivery Processing Times
Estimated shipping and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Once payment is approved and the goods leave our warehouse, your shipping confirmation email will include a shipping tracking number that you can use to monitor your order until it arrives at your doorstep. We process orders 5 days a week. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours from the time the item is shipped to the time the information is available on the carrier's website.
Cancellations and Changes

Please note that most items ship within 2-3 business days, and some items ship the same day you place your order, so we need to know as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order.
Damaged Items
We make every effort to package items so that they arrive safely at your doorstep. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs.
If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it as soon as possible. Please be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, and please keep all packaging boxes and materials. Contact Customer Service at inquiry@toppolighting.com. as soon as possible.
